Who is eligible to use Artemis?
Artemis is open to admitted and current undergraduate and graduate students.
Is Artemis open to domestic and international undergraduate and graduate students?
UT Dallas offers a variety of scholarships and fellowships to both domestic and international students. Unless otherwise noted, students are encouraged to apply for any applicable scholarship and fellowship opportunities available.
What is the deadline for submitting my application?
The 2025-2026 UTD General Scholarship Application will close on April 18, 2025, at 11:59 PM.
How to be considered for scholarships in Artemis?
To be considered for a limited number of available scholarships and fellowships, please complete the UTD General Scholarship Application. Note that individual scholarships and fellowships cannot be applied for separately. Based on your responses, you will be automatically matched to all scholarships and fellowships for which you are eligible. Some opportunities may require additional information, and if you qualify, you will see extra tasks in your task list after submitting your application.
How do I find a specific scholarship and/or fellowship?
To locate a specific scholarship or fellowship, enter the scholarship name in the “Keyword(s) Search” bar at the top of the Artemis Scholarship Search page.
How can I apply for a specific scholarship and fellowship?
Individual scholarships and fellowships cannot be applied for separately. Based on your responses in the UTD General Scholarship Application, you will be automatically matched to all scholarships and fellowships for which you are eligible. Some opportunities may require additional information, and if you qualify, you will see extra tasks in your task list after submitting your application.
How to be considered for need-based scholarships and fellowships?
If applicants would like to be considered for need-based scholarship and fellowship opportunities, please be sure that you have completed a FAFSA or TASFA application. If you are ineligible to complete a FAFSA or TASFA, please be sure to complete a Financial Statement.
How do I know if my application was submitted?
A confirmation will appear when the application is submitted successfully. Applicants will also receive a confirmation email when the UTD General Scholarship Application is submitted.
How do I track my application status?
Once an applicant starts and submits an application, they can track their application status through the task section in Artemis.
How do I know what scholarships will be considered for?
After submitting the UTD General Scholarship Application, applicants can select my opportunities and applicants will see all scholarships and fellowships they will be considered for.
Is it possible for additional opportunities to appear after submitting my application?
Applicants are encouraged to visit Artemis regularly for updates on their application(s) and in the event new opportunities become available.
What happens after I am awarded a scholarship and/or fellowship?
Your award will be posted in Orion once it has been finalized by the awarding department.
How do I know if I need to renew my scholarship and/or fellowship?
UT Dallas has many renewable scholarships and fellowships. If students meet the renewal requirements, funding will be offered in applicable subsequent terms.
